Co-Parent AI is an AI-powered communication tool designed to help co-parents compose calmer, more child-focused messages. The Service provides message analysis, rewriting suggestions, and communication coaching tools.

Co-Parent AI is a communication aid only. It is not a legal service, not a therapy service, and not a substitute for professional legal or mental health advice.

Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. The AI-generated message suggestions are communication tools only. You should consult a licensed attorney for any legal matters related to your custody arrangement, divorce, or parenting plan.

The term "court-safe" used in our marketing refers to reducing emotionally charged language — it does not guarantee any legal outcome.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person — you may not share accounts

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harassing, or threatening
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI systems
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Some features of Co-Parent AI require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our Pricing page.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe

You retain ownership of the messages and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Co-Parent AI a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not sell your content or share it with other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or appropriate for your situation
• The Service will meet your specific legal or personal needs

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Co-Parent AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to outcomes in legal proceedings, custody disputes, or personal relationships.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion will occur as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
